REQUEST (312)
Syntax: request <object> <target>
Certain characters may use this command to request items worn by or in the
inventory of a willing NPC. Good-aligned characters may use this command
to request items from good-aligned NPCs, and Outlanders may request items
from certain NPCs that share their affinity for nature, with the exception of those
of a dark heart who lack the generosity to forfeit their belongings.
Response to a request represents an NPC's trust in the specific character making
that request, and making requests for others is considered an abuse of that trust.
Abuse of the request command in this manner is subject to consequences.
There is a 3 minute delay (lag) after requesting.
