While necromancers far and wide are called 'defilers' by druids and others who
champion for the natural world, there are select necromancers who truly take
this label to heart. Defilers who cast an offensive spell while standing within
the purity of nature have an opportunity to drain the power of nature into
their magic, bombasting their victim while corrupting the wilderness in the
process. These necromancers then become enchanted with a potent defilement
that provokes all natural creatures the necromancer encounters, but also
enables him to shrug off certain feats of natural power.
