'DECAYING TOUCH' (3729)
Syntax: commune 'decaying touch' <victim>
This supplication attempts to decay the victim, causing disease damage.
Additionally, the supplication may begin to decay the victim's body, causing
an assortment of problems. Repeat applications can cause additional problems
in the victim's body.
While a victim is afflicted with a decaying touch, any additional physical
contact with the shaman can cause additional symptoms of decay.
