'PASTOR OF PESTILENCE' (3734)

Shamans that become pastors of pestilence are able to benefit in a number of
ways from their power over decay. This includes improvements to the other
supplications of the path of pestilence, improving the shaman's regeneration
in all forms while standing in corrupted or effluvium-filled terrain, and
even being able to call the strongest of rots upon their foes, and more.
