TRIBUNAL 'BLOOD TRIBUNAL' SPIRE TRIBUNALS (915)
The Blood Tribunal is the Law. They enforce the Laws of Thera as judge, jury
and executioner. Their decisions are concise and final. While the Spire may
war with cabals or groups that go against the cities and laws of the Thera,
criminals are the only true enemy of the Blood Tribunal, and they are hunted
and killed ruthlessly. Only people with an orderly intent and who have never
been convicted of breaking the laws may hope to join the Blood Tribunal.
There are multiple divisions within the Spire, all serving the laws in their
own way. Anyone wishing to join the Spire must speak with the Provost.
