Employing the diverse abilities of whips and flails, warriors who progress to
learn the utilitarian arts of these weapons find themselves able to perform a
variety of tactics to hinder their opponents. Many foes have found themselves
at the wrong end of a whip or flail, failing to take their threat seriously.
While not optimal for traditional strikes and blocks, they are nonetheless
deadly in the proper hands.
These specialists may wield a whip or flail in their off hand, and exhibit
superior skill with other maneuvers such as Lash.
