syntax: charge <victim>
When using a polearm or a spear, it is possible to lower your weapon
and charge into combat. If successful, it will deliver a powerful blow
to the intended victim. An opponent who has been recently injured will
be too wary to be successfully charged.
The damage done with a spear is not as powerful as that done with a polearm.
Champion paladins have a chance to briefly stun those they charge; this works
better for large or strong champions.
A mounted charge is particularly devastating, though only goblin raiders
are known to take advantage of this.
